Membership and Accounts
The Huddle is a private men's Bible study and fellowship community. Accounts are available by approval only. By requesting to join or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information, keep your password and invitation links private, and use only your own account.
Respectful Conduct
Treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect, including when you disagree. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, spam, and unlawful content are not welcome. Share only content you have permission to share and respect other members' boundaries.
Prayer Wall Confidentiality
Treat prayer requests and personal stories as confidential. Do not copy, screenshot, forward, or discuss another member's prayer content outside its intended audience without their permission. Honor each post's privacy setting and do not try to identify an anonymous author. Leaders and admins may see information as described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality depends on members' conduct and cannot be guaranteed, so share thoughtfully and ask permission before posting another person's sensitive information.
Your Posts
You own the posts and other content you submit. You grant The Huddle permission to store and display that content to operate the community, according to your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership to us. You remain responsible for what you post.
Moderation and Access
Admins may moderate, hide, or remove content and may suspend or revoke account access to protect members, address misconduct, or manage the community. Approval does not guarantee continued access.
Leaving the Community
You can request account deletion or delete your account in Account Settings. See our Privacy Policy for deletion steps and details about what is removed or retained. If you cannot access your account, contact a group admin.
No Warranties
The site and community content are provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete security, or that all content is accurate. Bible study, fellowship, and prayer support do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
